David was born and raised in northern CA, but has been home in Nashville TN for over 10 years. David first moved to Nashville to work backstage in country music, and quickly learned once moving to beautiful Nashville that his hobbies and interest were in real estate. David likes to focus on his rental portfolio and is always looking for his next fixer upper. David loves to spend time with his wife, daughter, and puppy hiking and camping all over the beautiful local and southern region.
